GRACE PERIOD

We have a ten minute grace period for all appointments. To ensure all clients are taken on time, after ten minutes, we will have to reschedule the appointment.

CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least two hours before the beginning of your appointment. If not, full service price will be charged upon the next visit.
